Kinder A/R is investigating some of our favorite nursery rhymes like Humpty Dumpy and great books like Green Eggs and Ham, by Dr. Suess. They have been using their imagination and developing their literacy skills. They are creating stories, writing recipes and exploring language using the puppet theatre.


Children have been building on their understanding of Rhyming words such as box and fox, mouse and house, boat and goat and many more. They enjoyed discovering Dr. Seuss and his whimsical way of rhyming.
Do you like green eggs and ham?
I do not like them Sam I am.
Would you like them here?
Would you like them there?
They took it a step further and decided that they should try green eggs. They made a shopping list, wrote a recipe and actually made green eggs! Only to discover that they were delicious!
